These Terms of Service are a binding contract between NutriFind Limited (a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16754201) (‘NutriFind’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) and the practitioner accepting them (‘you’). NutriFind operates a practice management platform for dietitians and registered nutritionists.
The Service provides tools for client management, session scheduling, AI-assisted document generation, and related professional services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is intended for use by qualified nutrition and dietetic professionals. By registering, you confirm that:

Access to the Service is currently invitation-only. You must register using a valid invitation code. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or allow multiple individuals to use the same account.
We offer subscription plans as set out on our pricing page. Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT. VAT is collected by our payment processor (Stripe) where applicable.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payment is taken in advance at the start of each billing period. We use Stripe to process payments; your payment details are held securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Where a free trial is offered, it begins when your account is activated. At the end of the trial period, your account will transition to a paid plan or become limited unless you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Certain features (“AI Tools”) consume credits. Credits are allocated per subscription plan as described on our pricing page. Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated in your plan. Credits are automatically refunded if a generation fails due to a Platform error.
AI-generated content (meal plans, progress reports, client emails, menu analyses) is produced by a large language model. You acknowledge that:
When you add client information to NutriFind, you are the data controller for that data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You are responsible for:
We process client data on your behalf as a data processor. Our processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
When you use AI Tools, we transmit certain inputs to our third-party AI provider. We do not include your clients' names in these transmissions. You must not manually include client names, NHS numbers, National Insurance numbers, or other direct identifiers in any free-text field used as AI input. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must not:
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service, including client records and documents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated outputs produced during your use of the Service are provided to you for your professional use. We make no claim to ownership of those outputs.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. Support is provided by email at contact@nutrifind.ai.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
You may close your account at any time from account settings or by emailing us. On closure, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
